There's also a multiplayer mode, can't remember if it was four or eight players. Not the usual deathmatch, but zombie killing gameshow thing.
Sweet.

I'm hoping there's a late breaking Steam four-pack, although it's hard to complain about $39.99.
lol @ $5 demo or offering paid DLC before a game comes out (however you want to look at it). I haven't bought a Capcom game new since they thought charging for multiplayer in RE5 was a swell idea. Good to know they're not resting on their laurels and are getting even bolder in their inventive, stomach-turning cash-grabs.
My bank account thanks their ingenuity.
Your loss.
Then it's paid DLC before the game launches. This is better how?
Not really. The first Dead Rising was kind of terrible. That's beside the point anyway. Maybe I will miss out on a great game or two. So what? Most of you know full well how disturbingly scammy companies like Capcom have gotten, but you lack the self-control to withhold money. "It's new! People are talking about it on the Internet! Not buying is not an option!!"
So you pretend everything is fine or join the fanboy defense force with thin justifications for any and all scams. When all else fails it's always, "Er... capitalism! Yeah, that's it! They can do whatever they want!"
I have paid for exactly one piece of DLC, and that was the big All Fronts Collection for Gears 2. Case 0 is a self contained game that is one of the best non-Cave iPhone shooter games I have gotten for $5.
It's your taste that's kind of terrible.
I wasn't going to buy Case Zero but Compass has persuaded me. I may even pick up DR2.
