why do I have to play these crapsmear games to get the arcade games? Super Thunder Blade is horrible. And I can't get the 1.5 million! Seriously, this game must be a bug. Space Harrier and After Burner for SMS looked and ran 5 times better

You know I saw a review in a really old EGM (issue 3, I think) that said Super Thunderblade was better than the arcade version.

The concept behind the lock-on cart still blows me away, 15 years later. Genesis was so fucking awesome.
Mega Collection had the lock-on for all three Sonic games.It's been forever since I messed with them, but didn't Sonic Jam and Mega Collection give you the option of enabling lock on?
This isn't a deal breaker for me, but it is sad. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you can't get to the real final stage of Sonic & Knuckles (The stage where you're Super Sonic, and you have to avoid meteors and charge into the flying Eggman Robot) without Sonic 3 attached, can you? I know for certain that Hyper Sonic/Knuckles/Tails are out because of this.
