Anyone try the new DLC? I heard it's not that great but I got it just because I really think ME2 is that good. I also have to beat Overlord.
You can also just relearn one of your loyal members special abilities to help give you an attack that brings the shields down. I'm a Vanguard with assault rifle training. With inferno on I tend to just rip people to shreds. Shields and barriers give me a bit of trouble but everyone dies in the end.

Check the previous page of posts.
I still need to go back and stealth my way through the beginning.

So just you and bbobb (RIP) then. Well, that's alright.
I also bought it more on faith of ME2 than because of the reviews, but I still liked it a lot. There's only one mission DLC I didn't get which might've been Overlord, I think it's the one that was just like, "Rogue AI attacking somewhere! Stuff no one cares about!" but otherwise I've finished everything except hard mode.
I think that is Overlord, yea. I just bought it because it was like $2.
I hear that the new DLC is easily the worst of the bunch. Wait for a sale. You should totally get Lair of the Shadow Broker if you don't already have it!
Overlord was pretty cool actually. Second best after Lair of the Shadow Broker.

I finished The Arrival and Overlord so I think I'm done with this game.
Overlord was alright. The last section was pretty awesome.
The Arrival was fun but the story was kind of dumb and out of place with the rest of the game. I fear that Bioware is getting sloppy, much like they did with Dragon Age 2. I'm kind of concerned about ME3.
In the end I sunk 40 hours into this game and it really was excellent.

Yeah the end part of overlord pretty much made the whole thing worth it. Although the part with the deactivated geth ship was kinda creepy, despite the fact that my team ate apart geth like morning cheerios at the point.
