I don't think that is console problems as much as haoh accidentally triggered the checkpoint in a bad position. I somewhat ran into that problem in the Stadium.

Awesome game otherwise.

From his post, I assumed it had happened more than once. Otherwise, I would totally agree. Stop entering new areas ass first haoh!

I have the 360 version and I never had the issues Haoh has. Mine had more to do with Pasos being an insufferable partner.

I got into a couple checkpoint problems...there are weird difficulty spikes. You can cruise for awhile and then hit a sudden bullet wall. I think I had got caught in weird cover issues too that were really annoying.
