Genndy Tartakovsky has a new series! Yay, and it's about damn time! The final Samurai Jack movie would be nice, too, but in the meantime it's good to see there's something else in the works. Other than the title, Sym-Bionic Titan, and these two pieces of art I haven't much idea what's going on, but that's fine. Some creators I'll be excited for on name alone, and Tartakovsky is one of them.

The show, one of several announced Wednesday as part of Cartoon Network's dramatically expanded development slate, will focus on three extraterrestrials from the war-torn planet Galaluna who crash-land, only to be swept up in high school and the fate of the Earth as we know it.

I am all over this. Guy is amazing and any series he's behind gets support from me. Really wish Samurai Jack would get his final movie though, fucking WB.

That clip is still my favorite Star Wars anything. It's a damn shame they didn't go back to Tartakovsky for the new series.

And I'm really looking forward to this new series he's doing. The guy just does no wrong.
