Say what you will about the film but I always through the Matrix Reloaded car chase was pretty rad.

Frankheimer chases are the cream of the crop.

I thought Bad Boys II had one incredible chase sequence (that upstaged Matrix Reloaded, which was released in the same year and season).

The first two Bourne movies had impressive car chases as well.
