Artwork looks bleh, so I won't play it. I really really liked the original too, favorite srpg outside of the ogre battle series.

There are some new screens up at magicbox. This game's art direction is somewhere between the graphics surrounding a back-of-the-Honey-Comb-box crossword puzzle and free MMORPGs' ad banners.

Wow, that art sucks. I think I might still be excited about the game like most of you I played the first and really enjoyed. I was reading through the old comments and had to laugh at some of them "I played all the way through!" the game was like 5 hours log tops so I am proud of you.
VH2 was a huge disappointment to me. I did not enjoy it at all. In order to attack someone you just moved to where they were going to move which was crazy and made the fights make no sense. On top of that the enemies always stayed the same level as you so it made leveling up useless because the enemies just got stronger then you did. I was about 26 hours into the game and I said to myself "I am just going to have to finish this...." 85 more hours I beat the game. It wasn't that bad but as a sequel I was very disappointed.

Loved it when it came out on PS1, but I've somehow lost my ability to maintain interest and play SRPGs. It's too bad.
