Pretty sure the Tony board has more tech inside it than the balance board. Closer to what's inside a wiimote. Sensors for board and hand movement, accelerometers and shit. You move this board around while playing, it needs to be a lot more durable. And Wii fit is like a $20 piece of software.

Even then a Wiimote is 40 bucks with accelerometers and an IR camera, which I would imagine this uses something similar for the hand movement. I don't know 120 for this just seems like its asking a lot and I think they're gonna have a hard time selling it.

I just replayed through the story mode in THUG2 on sick difficulty, I thought it was really easy and it only took me a few hours.

I finally decided to bite the bullet and bought Tony Hawk's Project 8, only problem: its for the ps2. It looks painful and I hate some of the changes they made, but I can't get my hands on the ps3 version so I have to settle for this. So far I'll tell you this, out of all the tony hawk games, this one has the best story mode goals, I love the way the goals let you complete them according to your skill level, the sick goals are actually a challange.

I never thought about getting Project 8. I did actually enjoy the demo and I'm sure I could find it for cheap. I may just have to do that.

The PS3/360 Project 8 has a pretty cool open world concept, but the chop chop choppy framerate hurts it a little too much.

Saw that the other day. That dog is SO STOKED about everything. He's actually skateboarding in some other videos, it is great.

2 reasons I can think of:

• peripherals make obscene amounts of money from people with too much of it (see: rock band), so why not a skateboard peripheral
• parents these days are too fucking scared to let their kids see sunlight, so this is an adequate solution for them
