It's dull to think that there's only your way or the highway. Duller still to think that "not my way" is the polar opposite for all you stand for. I mean, it's one thing to go "LAWL NINTENDO" and another to go on and on (and on!) about devs NEEDING to create for only the bleeding edge, fuck the rest. Sorry to break it to you, but the PS2 was underpowered and won the day, even the darling "hardcore" choose 360 over PS3, all boon-dongles aside. So it's not like someone who advocates entertainment for entertainment's sake i.e. on as many distribution channels as possible (or at least the most popular among your target audience) means put it on the least tech-savy thing possible ONLY and not a thing else.

If that were the case, Bayonetta would be a DS exclusive and you'd be having a heart attack right now.

I don't get this at all. Platinum made Bayonetta for the 360. Sega made a half-assed port for PS3. So what? Buy the 360 version and be happy. From a gamer perspective it's an easy choice, and from a stockholder perspective I'm sure Sega will make a few bucks off the PS3 version. There's no downside to bitch about.

Just get the 360 version, which is clearly the best and native version. Multiplats are only a distraction when there is no definitive version available. The 360 version is clearly the definitive and only intended version. As a multi-console owner, you have no argument to make aside from just wanting to argue. All this time spent arguing about this game when you could instead be playing it and appreciating its majesty. Let me see what other games you're playing. Ok, they all suck compared to this one unless they comprise NSMBW, Mushihemesama, Uncharted 2, and Demon's Souls.

What a fantastic game. Rarely has a demo made me want to run out and buy the game IMMEDIATELY, but this one does. I first played the PS3 demo and it played pretty well but has some slowdowns here and there. Then I play the 360 demo and it is a smoother experience (and I did a lot better). Day 1 purchase for sure.
