    I hope you're wrong for the simple fact that High Voltage appears to be the only company that's willing to raise the standards of the Wii online community. If it proves succesful then others will follow. My hope is that Nintendo ultimately allows/creates games that do not require any sort of code (game or console). While it will never come close to matching that of the 360, being able to play games online without restrictions would only add to the enjoyment and prolong the amount of time most of us play the Wii.

    I'm definitely impressed with those videos. It appears to run very smooth and play very similarly to L4D. The one thing that bothers me is that lack of variety with the enemies. They're all identical. I doubt there is much they can do about it as I imagine that's one of the reasons they're able to put so many on screen without any framerate drop.

    This is true, I read in a previous interview with someone from the dev team, and he said this exact same thing, they were able to get so many enemies because they just create a bunch of instances of the same prototype. Nothing really wrong with that though, if the prototype is fairly dynamic.
    PSN = knarlockk
    Steam= kevinb150

    I think they've done a decent job of making the monsters interesting enough to look at, with varied enough animations, that it won't stick out too much. And it's more acceptable to do this with monsters than it is with people anyway.
