    What? I don't think I ever said anything about the term "platformer" starting in the 32-bit era. Mario and Sonic were referred to by that title during the 16-bit era at a minimum.

  6. Multiplayer looks like it could be pretty fun. I love the idea of these big mech combat games, but everything always seems to either skew slow and sim-ish or retarded fast with shit flying everywhere. This looks like it could be a good middle ground.

  7. Yeah it seems there's a lot of TPS infused into the whole "mech action" thing so the pacing is going to be much more palatable to people.

    I hope the game turns out well.

  8. If they wanted to shamelessly rip off Armored Core, why didn't Square ring up From Software? It's not like From had forgotten how to make AC slow and clunky. They just rather not do that these days.
