So still worth picking up if you are a Metroid fan? Otherwise I'm cancelling my Amazon order and waiting for a price drop.

That's the first time I've ever heard of the GameCube being more powerful than the Xbox. I always thought they were mostly close, but the Xbox could do shaders and, on good days, 720p.Originally Posted by Yoshi

I'm stuck in sector 1.
It's right after a save room where you can blow up the west wall. If you go north you come to a room that has a console where you can change the room from outside to inside. There's two spots when you change it to the outside version that look glitched and look like the inside textures. On the map there is a broken gap between this room and where I have to go with the only routes available anywhere on the map have grapple spots and super missile spots.

If its the room I think it is, you need to bomb the spot that has the broken outdoor hologram and is showing the inside texture. It open up a morphball path between rooms
They both had their strengths and weakness'. The Xbox really was forward thinking in being able to do shaders, but the GC could do a shit ton more with texture maps than the Xbox. They were both really close. Just had to take different approaches to things.
It's a good Metroid game. The story is typical Japanese video game story BS. If you can ignore the story and you liked Metroid Fusion it's worth playing.
Isn't the street date on this the 31st?
Internet + Mom and Pop shops.
Game Informer gave it a pretty bad review, but all the others seem to think it's pretty good. I'll still play it despite having to use the stupid wiimote.
