i'm not trying to call you out or anything, but you perfectly summed up why i hate PS+ and every other service that uses the "How Can We Compete With FREE?" mentality that the games industry is trying its best to undersell itself with. It's not that the games are free or cheap as shit, it's that people expect them for free or get mad when they suddenly turn free. It's like consumerism and freeganism had an awful baby that can only eat itself

I have the reverse problem. Often games that I already "have" via PS+ go on sale, but I can't buy them for real on SEN because it thinks I already "have" them. I do not know what kind of baby that makes but it bothers me.
Yeah, I see what you mean. A lot of games folks are also just really entitled. They deserve a development team pouring their hearts and souls (and savings) into a project and they deserve it for free. Bah.
Still, I think this and insane undercutting is what helps so many developers stay above water in a crazy, oversaturated market. There's a LOT of games out there an I know I'll never get around to playing a good deal of the ones I paid for. Still, I did pay for a lot of them.
I logged into my Humble Bundle account to DL Shovel Knight and i seriously don't know what the hell at least half the stuff on there is. I think we've reached the point of Too Goddamn Much Stuff.

I don't get it either, and I see basically the same thing with every video game Kickstarter/early support system. "I paid for your game a year ago and have been playing it for six months, and now people can buy it at 50% off?! I am so angry that things eventually go on sale!"
But let's also not forget Gas thinks PS+ games can completely support themselves forever on the money Sony gives them for a month.
Did you enjoy the game? I'm sure it wasn't terribly expensive - probably better not to dwell on stuff like this. Gamers have been paying more for new releases since this industry started. Can't be mad that a game was $59.99 and two months later it's $39.99 - that's kinda how it goes.
