Is Tekken 2 the one with Gon in it?
Picked up the import PS1 version of Cyberbots on PSN, it's great fun. The intro is amazingly dated. The actual gameplay holds up pretty well, nice destroyable environments, lots of moving parts on the mechs, the quality hit isn't as bad as the other CPS2 ports vs. the Saturn version.

Are any of the Syphon Filter games actually good? And what the hell ToeJam and Earl game came out on PlayStation?
Syphon Filter is Poor Kid MGS.
I think they did a weird multiplayer online update for the Genesis ToeJam and Earl!
I can't speak for the PlayStation versions, but I did beat Dino Crisis (Dreamcast) and Dino Crisis 2 (PC) recently, and both of those games are still awesome.

I think it is more like a poor kid's Splinter Cell. Having said that, I really enjoyed part 1 back when it was released. It had pretty much everything that I was looking for in that type of game back then. Not sure how it has held up and I never played any of the sequels other than the PSP games, and I enjoyed those as well.
