Looks like you can't download the 4 free games for Vitaversary (Wild Arms, Patapon, Piyotama, Patchwork Heroes) on the PS3.

...but you CAN download them on the original PSP!

And once Wild Arms is in your transaction history thanks to your "purchase" on PSP, you can download and install it on your PS3 by going to your download history.

Apparently you can grab the games via Media Go on your computer, though I haven't tried that personally.
