Just got this last night. So I only drove a shitty Honda Fit and the game is so smooth.
Is it me or is the loading really long? Other than that, it has a very European feel to it.

Its not you, the loading sucks. Even after installing the game, the loads are still pretty long. Its my only complaint with the game, which is a pretty damn small complaint.

So is it worth installing the game or the reducting in loading is minimal?

It has been reported that installing FM3 decreases the load time by 6 or more seconds.
I don't know if that's accurate, because I don't have my copy yet.

Word of advice. Do not do a very long race on Benchmark Speedway. No pit. Can't refuel and can't replace tires. Very bad idea. I got 22 laps into it and then couldn't drive another foot.
The rewind button is a god send.
Installing the game does reduce load times so I highly recommend it.
Slowly trying to build a collection of good cars for each class.
If you like driving sims, this is one heck of a package. If you don't, stay away.
I did a 50 lap race on sunset speedway with R1's last night. Had smodcast playing in the background and it was actually pretty fun. Not sure how long it took, but I ended up getting 96,000 credits and leveled up twice.
I'm about to do another one in about 30-45 minutes. Either going to do Benchmark 75 laps with no damage since there is no pit or 75 laps Sunset with damage and collisions on. Anyone interested in some mad cash?
