What does this have to do with game DLC? The only game DLC I believe I have bought on 360 are the Gears maps, and I waited until the All Fronts deal on those even. If anything, people buying the avatar stuff will keep the prices of games down, because it's another source where developers can recoup costs without raising game prices or charging for DLC.

The difference is that bbobb and Rumpy aren't constantly throwing a hissy fit over pricing.
I'm the guy who supports pricing based on quality. I have absolutely no problem with AAA games being $100 as long as the C list ones are $20 day one. This has been well documented.
