Totally. Law school, Eng school, B-school, Med school, hell, even the basket weaving classes are the best in the nation.
In fact, I'm getting hard just talking about Michigan...

I know at least two people who failed out of OCAD. Sadly, it was quite deserving for two reasons: lack of talent in one instance and lack of effort in the other. A good friend of mine did pass—with flying colours—and now he creates fantastic ads. He worked his butt off, but he was fucking fantastic. He is what comes to mind when I think of OCAD alumni.
You can really see the difference in the work between those who makes it at OCAD and those who are better suited for a lower ranked college, but somehow slipped into OCAD. That may sound like a no-brainer, but...

While my stint at Community College was short, I can say that I was getting a good education while I was there. My teachers in some courses may not have been the best but a few I met were very educated and willing to give their time to further the course studies. One professor and I would meet up after class on the days I didn't have to work and bullshit for hours about the class material. I'm not saying it was the best, but it was certainly more pure than the education a lot of my college graduate friends have gotten.
Oh plz. Rote memorization. Blv.
