Awesome, I'd love to get one of those and cafe it out. Or buy one already cafe'd Of course, that'd break your no-leaning-forward rule as the clip-on handlebars would no doubt require some leaning.

If you lean forward on your bike, it's not a real motorcycle. It's that simple.

Sitting position (and lean) on my 250 is probably just about identical to the CB500. Also, and I hope I don't crush you with the news, the Honda CB500 is just as Japanese as my Kawasaki. Rice burner, indeed.
