You know, according to EBworld we're supposed to be getting that in the US in October. Of course, according to EBworld we're supposed to be getting Pamela Anderson's VIP in January, so I think they may be a bit fallible.

I guess we will just have to wait longer for a Virtua Cop 3 I guess. It must be low in the batters line up of Sega Sequals to make, considering everything else seems to be up first. But this will do just fine. I have the first one for Saturn, but no gun. And I don't play gun games with out a gun, its just not fun, a do run run a do run run, sorry. Plus the Guncon 2 is the best light gun ever in my book, so I would not want it any other way then to use the Guncon 2. And from what I hear its definatly coming to the U.S., I had read so at other news sites in the past, not just EBworld. Yum Yum, me like the gun.

I was kind of wondering whats with all the sudden Light Gun game bonanza thats been going on. Sega with House of the Dead 3, and Virtua Cop Re-Birth. Namco with Time Crisis 2, Vampire Night (with Sega). And Capcom with Dino Stalker. And I would rather not mention it, Empires; End Game (shudders with horror). Also is Capcom still planning on bringing Resident Evil Survivor 2 over to the U.S., I know the game is not supposed to be fantastic, but still I would like to see it. But suddenly there are several extremely good Gun Games coming out, a few years ago it was so freking sparce. I think that the whole idea of, "Gun games make kids kill other kids" is finally starting to wear off. Sega still says they will not make a Gun for the U.S., so someone better make a damn good gun for the Xbox.

Great news. I love VC series, and would love to experience it once again on my PS2

VC is still one of the coolest and fun gun games I ever played. It was an awesome Saturn port, and damn was it fun

I loved VC2 in arcades, but Saturn port wasnt as good.

PS2 becoming a system of choice for fans of gun games:

Time Crisis 2, Vampire Night, End Game and upcoming: Ninja Assault, Dino Stalker, Time Crisis 3 and VC Rebirth.

i love the simplicity in the graphics of the older polygon based games, like Virtua Cop, clean and nice. i dunno about paying 50 bucks again....where is that greed thread when you need it.
