It's not that anyone who has ever complained about the Wii being technically or gimmicknichally a pile of garbage has ever been wrong, but maybe we can give it a rest in this thread? Porting 15 year-old games to 10 year-old hardware might not be a such travesty, yes?

Meh, it only has about half the games it should, but for $20 I'll buy it, providing it has some extras.
Ehhh... but not bad for $20 I guess, esp. when Heavy Barrel, Crude Buster, and Caveman Ninja are in. The lack of gun games kind of kicks it down a point (Where's Locked & Loaded? Dragon Gun?).
Finished in 2021: 8 games (PC: 4, PS4: 2, PS3: 1, X1: 1)

The good news is that the team behind this compilation, G1M2, are working on SNK Classics 0 (pre-Neo Geo games) for the PS2 and PSP.

I bitch and post from a Mac... but Macs are actually good pieces of hardware. The Wii just sucks. Its output options sucks -- how about being a smart Nintendo and catering to maybe the folks who grew up with the console, not the 12 year olds now -- no 15khz rgb -- the only new system that can't do it easily. Only one. Most people don't even know what this is, but a lot of us use it exclusively...GC had it fine. But when you release all these virtual games that run natively in 240p and they end up looking like washed out crap, that's is what pisses me off. Why step backwards? No VGA either without transcoder... also lame.
You know what's also lame? Shitty 480p only... Also shitty is that they get exclusives that should never ever be on that system, such as TvC...
The entire thing is just full of suck, that's the problem. It's just a step backwards hardware wise and they are the whores of the gaming industry -- Nintendo let's anyone put whatever they want to in their slots and they like it. They lick their lips and ask for more. No thank you.
