Oh Peter - AKA Rick Rape - will be over use his dumbfounded stare at camera look, and continue being as much fucking useless fucktard as ever.

My favorite - Newly mind fucked Sylar aka the Senator - Let the hijinks begin.

On the happy notes I cant fuckin wait to see what T-bag and Darth Maul can bring to this.

Caught first 10 minutes before dj switched to house premiere. Not too bad - all of the sings I posted in the original post are present

The series opener was actually quite good. It emphasized a lot more of the human aspects of the characters. But the problem is never the beginning in this show it's always the follow through. So lets wait and see. Peter's sarcasm about the whole situation is exactly how i'd expect someone in his position to act - though he can't bury his nature entirely (still has the hero complex). It was a bit refreshing for him, too. He wasn't broody or confused. He knew what he wanted, what he didn't, and acted accordingly. He'll get sucked in to the situation, but if he keeps the emo bullshit to a minimum it could be a good shift for the character.

Trying to bury your nature seemed to be the theme. Claire unwilling to investigate the "suicide", Hiro denying his abilities, Peter denying his, Parkman resisting using telepathy, etc. It was quite well done. The addition of Sylar in Parkman's mind was also a nice twist. Much more interesting than a straight Sylar-starts-remembering by-the-numbers story (repressed out of his body).

The new antagonist Carnivale-style Samuel is very interesting.

So... good beginning. Great start IMO.

It was a good season premiere, but now i'm confused about peter. Why can't they just give the guy one power and stick with it. Last i checked, he absorbed sylar morphing abilities, now he has mohinder abilities which mohinder lost at the end of arc 1 in season 3. Does the writers not go back and say, oh yeah, i forgot that he now only has super strength and not leaping abilities. Argh, w/e, at least the carnival guy and his crew looks interesting enough.

I think he can have all his powers at once again since the end of Season 3. I can't remember when this happened or why, but I think it's true.

I just watch this show for the comedy now, it's an un-salvageable train wreck between two trains that were transporting diarrhea and stupid respectively cross-country.

Sylar was pretty awesome as a villain up until the retarded Elle subplot. He plays a serial stalker superhero really well. The mind reading addiction angle was funny, too. Maybe unintentionally.

And best of the best - The New most useless powered character - The Def mute with Sound Color Vision - I LOVED the dumb fucking found look at Peter's face as he got her power instead of his super speed. When he tried to run again and again, this was comedy GOLD. But wait, they did find the ridiculous way to make her power into the weapon - A concentrated color sound DAMAGE !!!!

Amazing use of sfx lately - All of the budget went to the color sounds. Peter and Emma (who looks 15 years older than Peter, but hey, he isnt choosy) watch colorful children chorus, and then HEY LETS BANG on piano keys - Its soo awesome and dramatic. And we just saw it on House few weeks ago


Knepper is soooooo wasted in this show its not funny. Actually as of late everyone is wasted. This has been going nowhwere, but it finally made it here. This show is DONE.

Next week we get the quest for the Cure for Hiro !!! We so retarded we forgot that we used Claire just for that in Season 2. Nah, we need to get some mullet retard, and have Peter hopefully get shot in the process. At least Peter was happy to see Hiro, finally a cool power instead of this color shit !!!
