Truthfully, the book was better. I do like the show though. It is awesome, just not as good as the book.

What if I like Lost, used to love 24 but think it's totally jumped the shark, and see Fringe as nothing but a third-rate X-Files knockoff?

The best part is the fact that it is nothing whatsoever like Lost, 24 or Fringe, it's just being marketed at such and kevincal is obviously stupid enough to believe everything marketing people tell him.

I like it so far. There are a few hokey things about it but they do a pretty good job at keeping up with all the BS.

This is probably premature. It's been two episodes. I missed this evening's episode, but I really enjoyed the pilot.

I hope the series addresses the Higgs Boson and the Hadron Collider. Since it was the whole plot of the book (and the TV series is based on the book). I do know that Dr. Lloyd Simcoe is to appear on the show soon. So, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the way the show is going its from a different perspective.

Personally, I'd rather see if from the Doctors view. Since more shit happens on that end.


fyi: In the book everyone flashes forward by 21 years. The TV show by 6 months.
