I guess that means the Master System 3D was locked to 30 FPS...
And typing "frames per second" has thrown my brain into a tangle of a tangent concerning the word "per". Help me out so I can think normally again.
"Per" means "divided by", right? Frames per second = (frames/seconds)
Miles per hour = (miles/hour)
etc.
"cent" means 1/100 of something, right? There are 100 cents in a dollar. There are 100 centimeters in a meter. etc.
So the word "percent" is all fucked up. It should either be "perhundred" or just plain "cent".
How is there any logic in phrasing it as "percent"?
As the word is written, 80 percent should be 80/(1/100) = 8000
But it is not. 80 percent is 0.80 = 80/100 = 80 per hundred.
Mind assplode.
