For some reason I can watch Hard Target over and over. I don't know why.
Other movies: Aliens, Blade, any Friday the 13th movie, Commando, The Thing, Terminator 1 & 2.
Agreed with all but The Brave Little Toaster, since I've never seen it. But I've been meaning to rent that movie forever, I think I'll finally do so tomorrow.

Gymkata: I mean look at da lil playah woblin his way into our hearts in the sig awwwwwww
its pretty solid. That is another one I used to watch at my grandmother's a lot. That and Milo and Otis.
Mannequin.... used to have a thing on Kim Catrall before she was GMILF
I've seen both Akira and Ninja III:The Domination more than 20 times each.
look here, upon a sig graveyard.
They're not the best, they're the most comfortable. Citizen Kane is a better movie than Wayne's World, but I've seen Wayne's World at least 20 more times than I have Kane and the void is getting wider.
Everyone has their comfort movies. I always thought the comfortable, steadying, ballastic quality was something we gave the movies ourselves rather than a quality that the movies possessed; that there was some autobiographical reason behind everyone's Wayne's Worlds. Maybe we saw them when we started to come out of a fever, maybe we saw them with a since-passed relative we miss, maybe we saw them during a time in our lives that we want back. I figured Wayne's World became, for me, enmeshed with something like that somewhere along the road. Hilarious as it is, I've put it in my DVD (and VHS before that) player an inordinate amount of times compared to better movies.
What's weird is that the same movies seem to be cropping up on everyone's lists.

Wet hot American summer. I have probably seen that movie more than number 2 and 3 on my list put together. This is because it is the best comedy ever made.
Darjeeling limited - My favorite movie, I have seen it countless times, still am not tired ot it.
Pulp Fiction - You can start watching this movie from any point and it is equally awesome.
I think if I had seen total recall before a week ago, it would probably be up there. I am already hankering for a third viewing.

Wet Hot American Summer is 70% awesome and 30% too goofy. Like the haystack or whatever it was in the middle of the road -- that part is almost embarrassing to watch with someone else.
