Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness looks AMAZING

Yup. Unless Eidos really fucks something up (which isn't beyond them), this game is going to be downright fantastic. The preview in this months PSM is nice.

  2. Damn, did hell just freeze over?

Yup sure does...though I never thought I'd see the day that you're praising a game from Eidos. :jest:

  3. AOD is not a TR game, regardless of the title. It looks like shit.

Which is why I'm looking forward to it

Let me laugh when a series you love is bastardized and you're sad...

Heh, well I understand you love the Tomb Raider series, but (to me) it has become rather stale, and this is the change of pace it needed.

Who knows, maybe it will end up being good, even for fans.

  7. DANM!!! I want that so bad that is sick! and to make matters worst I don't have a PS2

  8. Then just get one. Its not that expensive anymore, so I think its very affordable now.

New TR does look great, and I really like the way the new story set up, new much darker adventure, and graphics are very nice too. Have you seen the trailer for it on Eidos site, looks very cool.

Ethugg, I like TR games of old too, but it does need some change, and its cool to see it going into a new direction. I personally dont really like only killing animals like in original TR, so this one with Lara against human and demon opponents looks more fun to me.

In TR3 you fight against humans

  10. Yes. And in Tomb Raider Chronicles also.

The Angel of Darkness seem to be more of action/horror combo, simular in a way to Eternal Darkness, and I love that kind of games.
