There sort of is. If you find the armor the game asks you if you would like to use it when you start another game. So new armor on the hard mode is amazing. Though I can't be bothered to try to finish the game a second time. Once was enough. And no, none of your other stats and weapons carry over. LAME

How in blue hell would you get some of the achievements then? Leveling up all of one weapon or getting a weapon's skill list maxed out seems nigh-impossible (or just erribly boring with treading all over the world map picking fights with minor thugs).

Yup it would be painful. I'm not even going to attempt any of them.

Also: REALLY pissed that I can't go back to Eden for the armor piece I missed...right? I don't think I can go back...and is the armor even worth tracking down all the pieces for? Is there a new game + or anything?

You can go back to Eden. Just use the same portal that got you out of Eden.

These are videogames. My time would always be better spent on something else.

I got all the achievements in one play-through. You don't have to max out the Chaoseater since the Armageddon Blade is at level 4 by default. I just used the Harvester and the Tremor Gauntlet on all the normal enemies. I also built up a good amount of souls to buy all the weapon moves and wrath abilities by killing the Ashland horse riders when going for the Darkrider achievement.

For anyone who has the mystery code that came with the game, THQ just revealed that the code gets you a free copy of Red Faction: Guerilla (either Xbox 360 or PS3, your choice) and a Darksiders digital artbook on disc.

Shit, I'm trying to figure out what to do with it, I want red faction guerilla but not sure if it's worth the shipping... hrrrrmmm.
