You've really got it out for the old hags, Doc. Between this and the Meryl Streep thing.
I'm so torn. On one hand, I'm ecstatic Quentin Tarrantino is up for his first Oscar as a director. On the other, I think some old hags in the Academy are trying too hard to be hip and relevant.

Yeah, Christoph Waltz is Oscar worthy for sure. But 8 Oscars?? Really? Someone is setting me up. It's like the Oscars are punk'n some bitches.

10 nominees for Best Picture is way too much IMO. I mean, The Blind Side and District 9?
Especially since you can eliminate half of them just from looking at the Best Director list.
