Random drug tests are a bitch. And very real in my life.

Haven't you noticed that people have been complaining about the lack of length in lots of modern games? That speaks more of lack of filler than tacked-on grinding.
Both Kororinpa games are excellent, as is Tiger 2010, so there are a couple games that benefit from motion control. Most of the best Wii stuff uses the pointer, though.
There's too much shit shovelware on the Wii, it's true, but only a brain-dead retard would let it prevent them from enjoying the stuff worth playing. Possibly while browsing the app store on the iPhone.

I like that you're upset by thinking Yoshi expects everyone to be on the anti-Nintendo bandwagon, but you're just as guilty by expecting everyone to be on the Pro-Nintendo bandwagon.
Is it too hard to simply look past what Yoshi, Joust, and other common "anti-Nintendo titans" say about Nintendo? I don't usually agree with their opinion, but I love that they have an opinion and that I don't get butt hurt when it's not the same as mine.
Well yes, of course one can't generalize that much and write off the entire Wii platform, or entire control concepts.
But what sells is not generally what is good - which is why I brought up two big selling games that happen to be terrible. My point is that sales do not equate to quality, and I greatly resent Cheebs's implication that I don't enjoy fun if I am not a Wii fanboy. I remain convinced that the people buying garbage like Wii Fit are doing it specifically because of the gimmick, because there is nothing redeeming about the gameplay.
I know you've been here for years. My impression from your posts in this thread, though, is that you want people to join the pro-Nintendo bandwagon and, since people are not so quick to join your stance, you're beating that drum louder by throwing nonsense support like the Amazon Best Selling in Video Games for 2009 list up here.
Alrighty, I should probably clear that up. My intent from the beginning of this thread was to draw attention to the fact that it's ridiculous for Yoshi to get so worked up over something that (a) isn't an issue in contemporary Nintendo games, and (b) shouldn't bother him anyways since he's above playing Nintendo games.
I threw up the Amazon list in here because (a) I didn't think it was worthy of its own thread, and (b) it really did surprise me that some stupid and/or useless peripherals actually outsold some very good games (on Amazon, at least).
That is all.
