IAWTP. Though I prefer Adventure Island II, personally.

bVork is the Edge/GamesTM of TNL. He wants Europe to be more important in the industry than they are. If you want to pimp a Euro platformer, at least stick to Rayman.

  3. Or like... Flashback or something.

I don't really like Flashback all that much. It felt overcomplicated and unnecessary after Another World.

Also, is this where I pimp Exile? Because that's a great C64/BBC Micro game that too few people have played.

Europe's gaming history is more important and impressive than most gamers outside of Europe realize at least.

The first Amiga version of Exile seemed like the best port to me but I never made it far into any of them.

  6. Why was that one better than the AGA one?

  7. I beat the Genesis and TG-16 CD one, the latter being the better version. I've never played the computer versions though.

I remember it controlling a bit better.

Melf, it's a completely different game than the Telenet console Exiles.

That's probably fair, and their importance is growing, much like Canada's and China's, as Japan's is declining too. That still doesn't mean they aren't way down the list though... Hell, their biggest publisher's best games are now coming out of Montreal and Shanghai.

Well, their importance to us is growing, but even saying that shows a kind of limited view of the territory's history.

And Ubi Shanghai fucking blows, and Rockstar North is obviously way more important than them.
