I think this is a little more aggressive take on the third party issue from earlier. We need a real alternative.

Yeah, we need to move the House at least to parliament-style proportional representation. The problem of course is that that would take a Constitutional amendment, which has to start in Congress, so you're asking the very people who benefit from the problem to fix it. (Same problem as campaign finance reform.)

More than two parties doesn't make sense when you're voting for one representative. They ought to go full tournament style and broadcast eliminations over a season. Get rid of personal funding, make it full on reality show.
