Saw a commercial for this fgor the first time during 24 last night.

Shit looks straight saucy. Basically Band of Brothers pt 2-- another 10 pt mini series.

So, this was pretty much as great as I had hoped. the episode flew by and all I want is more.

HBO has the first ep, but I'm sure like Showtime will only tease with the first then telling you to sign up for HBO to see the rest. I'd rather watch the show legitimately on something like iTunes or Hulu if they offered it, which is why I was asking. I'd rather not watch shitty streams that give absolutely nothing to the creators of this show and the amazing Band of Brothers.

This series is going to be awesome and for sure another masterpiece but I couldnt help but to keep comparing this first episode with The Thin Red Line (my fav movie ever - heck even Zimmer is doing the soundtrack for this, he did the movie too). Pacific's first episode basically told that entire's movie story in one go - and it just wasnt as good IMO. Also, I would have liked to see some of the bigger initial US loses shown like Wake Island. But this series is just done with such quality and care - I know that the full piece is going to be amazing.
