Yup, I was going to say the Ys games are a must, and most of them are pretty cheap for the regular editions or PSN versions.

The system also breathes new life into PS1 RPGs which look pretty ugly on a tv but okay on the little screen. Xenogears would be at the top of this list for me.

I have Yggdra and Knights for the DS but I might grab the PSP versions too for that price.
I'm down for Hexyz Force. Never got around to grabbing it on UMD. I think it's all rare now.

The load times in Persona 2 seem way too long for the system. Kenka Bancho sounds interesting and they have like 20 in Japan, interested in trying.
Riviera is very good if you can abandon all hope of coming close to 100%-ing it and learn to trust that the game knows what it's doing. This is harder than it sounds.
Knights in the Nightmare was a masterpiece on DS. One of the best games on the system. I can't imagine playing it on PSP, though. It would be like playing Trauma Center with a 360 controller.
Yggdra Union was certainly a videogame.
