Tampa is one of three teams to twice be on the receiving end of a perfect game. The last time this happened to Rays was last year at the hands of Mark Buehrle.

It's happening (or something is starting to happen): The Jays pitching is starting falling apart. For the fourth start in a row, the starting pitcher has been unable to find the strike zone early. In the second inning, Brandon Morrow allowed four Red Sox runs to plate but only gave up one hit. He issued six walks. It's disheartening.

Oh well. Knew it was going to happen eventually.

Edit: Now the bullpen can't pitch. Holy fuck. When we collapse, we collapse hard. Man, we were leading at one point.

The Mets were AWESOME tonight against those bad ass Natinals. FUCKING PATHETIC IS MORE LIKE IT.

The Mets made some unknown Nats scrub pitcher look great (or maybe they made themselves look like shit..or both), they couldn't buy a big hit, Wright strikes out like crazy, Jason Bay has been MEGA SHIT at the plate, Jeff Francoeur looks like the Francoeur that stunk up Atlanta the past couple of years, Reyes was a fool for getting himself ejected (not like he's hitting anyways), Gary Matthews Jr needs to be DFA'd and Jerry Manuel is still stupid.

God that 3, 4 and 5 spot in the lineup has been so bad. The Mets are also inept at getting the opposing pitcher out at the plate. Well, at least Willie Harris didn't make a gold glove caliber play tonight. <sigh> ..thats it I think. lol The Natinals aren't that bad though..

This series is big for Toronto. They better win. Not that I have high expectations for the season, but if they want to prove that they aren't complete and total shit, they have to win against the AL East.

Seattle papers are saying it's likely Junior will be released in the next few days. The club said he's not even available for pinch-hitting right now.
