I'm starting to remember why I hate playing on an arcade stick outside of a cab. If I'm on the right-hand side of the screen and need to do moves going to the left, my arm just cannot comfortably do it. I miss more combos on that side of the screen than the other. I almost punched time because it was so aggravating.

Why would playing on a cab change that though?

I'm a rough player. I swing the stick hard. If I use a light stick, it's going to fly everywhere. The TE is just heavy enough to stay still. On a cab I'm yanking it to every corner and slamming buttons.

Practice doing it right. It's tough to unlearn old habits, but if you really enjoy this put them time into it.

That said, anything lighter than the TE is definitely shitty imo. I did fine with Rambo's modded SE though, dunno if that is the standard weight for them.

I already had to change how I hit the buttons. I used to press hard and slap the buttons in order to get to another button in time. Can't do that on the TE buttons. If you slap one button hard, it'll input as three of the buttons being pressed. Blows my mind.

Seimitsu buttons are less sensitive than Sanwa, so if you ever decide to mod your TE, that would be something to think about.
