I stopped playing when the first map hit. Not only did it hint that they were gonna do the DLC piecemeal, but $5 for one map on a $15 game is putrid.

Same here. I didn't pay $5 more for this game than it was worth just to pay $30 for features that should have been included from the beginning.

Eh, I've played this $15 game far more than most $60 games, so I'd say it's value. And if any of the DLC called to me I wouldn't hesitate to pick it up. But I've heard the map is sub-par and now the characters won't even show up on your friends game. Half the joy of using Maria would be friends seeing a little blond girl kick arse.
I wish there was DLC for Lords of Shadow.
I'm buying some more Castlevania DLC, btw.
