Fuck a demo, Ochocinco already has the game.
Man, after playing a lot of the Backbreaker demo, playing this Madden demo feels like going back to the stone age lol
The same old BS that has been in every version of next-gen Madden is still in this game.
The only thing I would say that feels "new" this year is that the difference between a good offensive line (Jets) and bad offensive line (Colts) can finally be felt, but the way it's "demonstrated" within the actual game is still ridiculous.
Same old canned animations. Same old crappy blocking AI. Same old warping DBs with eyes in the back of their head.
Speed still is the dominate offensive attribute (Garcon >>> Wayne).
Hit stick is still the dominate defensive attribute (Bob Sanders = beast).
Basically, there is no way I am paying $60 for this game, even though I will miss out on some good online features.
I'll stick with Backbreaker until Madden drops to the $30-$40 range, though honestly, this game isn't even worth that much.
$20 seems about right for the amount of improvement they put into this year's game.
I was legitimately pumped for Madden 11 but playing the demo just took all the air out of my sails.
Seems like they halfassed it this every year.
Nah, last year's Madden actually made some impressive steps forward.
Madden 10 was the first EA football game I've bought since 2K football went away, and I enjoyed playing it for almost a full year.
This year though, I don't see what the Madden team spent their development time on, 'cause the game is basically just Madden 10.25.
And after playing Backbreaker, the same old EA football engine just doesn't cut it anymore.

OMG the players actually attempt to keep their feet inbounds during endzone and sideline catches! Thats this years improvement from what I played. Also team specific Superbowl wins! OH JOY! Madden is actually a good game. IMO. Sure its not leaps and bounds every single year but I enjoy it enough. Plus there is always some great deal on it the week it comes out to get it crazy cheap. I don't think I've spent $60 on it ever.
