TBQH I'd rather have seen Negan's killing of his victim get carried out in the full gory detail, along with some of the group's terrified reactions, than have "Who Ate the Bat?" for a cliffhanger. I think the general situation with Rick's group under Negan's fist is enough of a cliffhanger in itself.
I'm doubting it's Glenn that was killed. TWD doesn't reiterate the comics but goes its own way. Negan may want to be rid of Abraham, who I guess he might see as a serious threat. Taking out the biggest guy in the group seems a sure way to really cow them.

Watch Negan probably make the Saviors torch, raze, and/or plunder Alexandria sometime.

I think Negan just took the Governor's crown. And the Wolves... they were jack shit compared to the Saviors. Seeing Glenn get it soon after Abraham was quite a shock. I knew shit would hit the fan after what Daryl did, but damn.
On Talking Dead tonight, the sneak preview revealed The Kingdom. Carol & Morgan will be there. A potential ally, maybe?

Things should be interesting this season.

I read the comics as they were coming out and felt like they'd stick to it.

Bleh... I also stopped reading the comics after this point. Issue 100 just felt gratuitous and cheap... this was set up a little better but the cliff-hanger didn't help. I thought this last season was some of the best the show had to offer on a series I've never really cared to watch. Oh well.
