I calibrated it where I would move the Nav about an inch to the side, which made it hyper-responsive and exactly how I wanted it. Then I load the game proper and it's still slow as fuck, but super-fast every time I pause it and explore the menus.

That's odd. Wasn't that way for me. Are you using the alternate and far superior control scheme, or the lousy default?

The alternate, not that it should make any difference for the sensitivity. Thrusting forward to shoot is horrible.
