I always wondered...is it more hardcore to buy up Bulletstorm, Black Ops, and other "hardcore" games, play them, finish, and sell/cast them aside for the next flavor of the the month?

OR

be in the top 10 scorers of Peggle (which is basically a puzzle game, which used to be "hardcore" back in the day. Tetris was Serious Business at one point)?

One demonstrates that "hardcore" is some bullshit superficial label manufactured by the niche-in-a-niche to feel good about themselves and is further reinforced/exploited/capitalized on by devs, pubs, and marketing. The other demonstrates a dedication towards getting better-to-proficient-to-expert in a single thing.

Steel Diver is a stupid game and you will look/feel stupid playing it.

As for Face Raiders being better than any of the launch games? Well, the AR games are better than Face Raiders, and SSFIV3D is better than anything.

lol. Nice try. Not once have I ever defined a "soccer mom" game. That would be hypocritical as I love all types of games, as long as they're fun (and sometimes when they're not!).
