I thought touch screen combo buttons would feel cheap, but... it actually kinda works.
Also, I need to get to practicing. I suck online.

Regarding the hardware: I hate the start and select buttons. It's way too easy to accidentally hit the home button if you're playing in the dark. Aside from that, it's pure sex.
Regarding SSFIV3DE: I haven't touched a Street Fighter since the SNES. Good times! Even though I'm terrible... It's funny how many moves I still remember, even though I'm over 15 years from my last SF experience.
Is it gay to play as Chun Li?

This might have been said before (I'm a few days behind thanks to my geographic handicap), but if you download the new system update (settings), it includes a 3D video for OK Go's "White Knuckles." It's only temporary; it will delete with the next system update. Rather nifty, though.
By "reverse register," do you mean that I have to input your code as well? As in, I can't just give you my number, and then I get a friend request like Yahoo Messenger has somehow managed to do since the mid-fucking-1990s?
Do I really have to do this in 2011?
On a separate--but somewhat related--rant, I can't believe that didn't have their online shit set up prior to launch. They've been peddling digital downloads to the DSi for a while now; this is hardly uncharted territory, even for Nintendo. So what's the problem?

I finished the first Grand Prix in Ridge Racer. The game is really just now beginning now that I have class 2 machines.
Eh, I figured one person entering the code would be enough to trigger a notification on the distant end. Well shit.
Twenty minutes of tapping, coming right up.
