I've been in the midst of that Kidnemo would refer to as a "bulking phase." I'm currently starting to try and lean out for the summer...I'm currently 225, I'd love to get down to 210 by June for a slim, sexy waistline. Time to cut down the excess carbs and chocolate (which will be hard).
