I was coming from the standpoint of "there's this bar I go to regularly and occasionally they have some shit live music."
I agree that you have to be a real cunt to pay to go into a music orientated bar and then do everything in your power to not only ignore the band, but make it hard for the people who are there who want to hear the band, do so.
I would think in a town like B-more, that guy would get his ass kicked. Even if that guy was the whole crowd.
