1. Review: Eternal Darkness

Directions: Purchase, play, enjoy. Insanity effects served optionally.

Eternal Darkness is the fruits of Silicon Knights' labor over the past four years or so. The pride of London, Ontario, Canada, Silicon Knights had made it a point to keep their little baby under wraps for as long as humanly possible in order to give gamers a truly unique experience, and delivered they have. Despite numerous delays and a switch from the N64 to the GameCube during development, Eternal Darkness is Nintendo's first real killer app for 2002, which undoubtedly heralds the coming of the rest of its lineup.

  2. Another, good review Reno Keep up a good work

I also been enjoying ED, and right now, on the last chapter of the game, and once I finish it, there will another run

As I said before, it controls very well, and camera system is good for majority of the time, except when there are some items in foreground, that can block the view of your character behind them.

Combat works great, but sometimes its not very easy to targed multiple enemies, when surrounded.

Magick system is pretty cool, with 3 power levels that can be used to upgrade your spells. Spells themselves are pretty cool, with a cool Shield spell, and Summon Zombie

The game is somewhat easy though. SO far I only encountered one tough Boss, and he was only tough until I figured out on how to beat him. Rest of the game, is a breathe. It takes sometime to solve the puzzles, but enemies are easy to dispatch.

Well, Even with some minor flaws, its a great game, and its been a fun week for me

  3. When you say Pious looks cheesy, do you mean good Pious, or bad Pious?

  4. Those worried about spoilers needn't worry about Reno's review, by the way. Nice job. (Except for getting Alex and Edward's family name wrong, that is. )

  5. Yeah, I always have trouble with that last name, it'll be the end of me some day

Korly: I meant good Pious. He seems way too... I don't know... homogay. Evil Pious on the other hand, is a handful of kickass!

Despair: Thanks for the compliment ... here's your $50, go go go!
If my memory of her has an expiration date, let it be 10,000 years.

  6. Nice having business with ya. You have my number

    Pious the Centurion - Homogay

  7. Roivas = "savior" backwards.

*changes Reno's Custom Status to "Homogay," waits for Monkey Fight crack*

    :p
