These movies are better than your beloved 1989 Batman as far as story goes. Probably not performance-wise, because Christian Bale is fucking terrible. But I can't think of a better superhero movie than Batman Begins.

Batman Begins is a terrible movie. Dark Knight has two good performances (Joker/Two Face), but a loooot of stupid garbage. Bat Sonar, the whole needless Hong Kong sequence, why is it a two and a half hour movie? This decompressed storytelling trend can stop whenever it wants to.

I like '89 better, maybe that's personal bias, but what bias isn't?
