Pile of Shame Countdown: Summer 2010 Edition

It's way too hot out, so what better way to fight the sun than to stay indoors playing videogames in a hotbox on the Xbox?

Goal is to reduce number of games in my Pile of Shame by 25% by Labor Day.

Games are eligible for the Pile if it's a single-player game I haven't beaten or an "unbeatable" game (ie racing/fighting/sports/unlockable-type game w/no real story) I haven't done everything worth doing. I haven't unlocked everything in Forza 2 but I've raced the crap out of it and have no interest in continuing; not in the Pile.

Not counting PC or XBLA games (or GT5 Prologue for my PS3 b/c it's not a game).

Finished Mass Effect 2 last month and working on FFXIII this month. If I can finish FFXIII, it would be a triumph of epic proportion since I have not finished a (non-portable) JRPG in a long time.

I have a pile of shame for every system I own, but I don't care to bring it down. I play whatever I'm in the mood for, even games I've already beaten multiple times.

I finished Doom II a week or so ago. I'm currently playing Duke Nukem 3D. It's a lot longer than I remember it. It's also fairly cheap, with enemies spawning behind you, even in places you've already cleared. And the amount of hitscan enemies with no pain tolerance sucks, too.

Jeez. I just realized I never actually finished MGS4, I got stuck on chapter 6 (he part where you have to infiltrate the deck of that big ship with all the geckos).
And I only have like 3% of the trophies in Dynasty Warriors 6 Empires, put that on the list too.

I have very little time to play games but I hope to beat Borderlands soon, then I'll move on to the recent Ratchet & Clank.
