I feel like I'm getting the shaft. I pay $95ish per month. $40 for 450 minutes that I never use, $15 for 1500 texts that I totally use, $30 for unlimited data and between $5 and $10 for various taxes and fees.

Yep. Mine is very similar.
That's how I am. My stupid verizon plan has 700 minutes for our three phones. Last month we used 103 minutes. That was more than normal.
No unlimited data plan means no iPhone for my ass. Although with Sprint I pay $70 for everything. The money I save gets more important to me as the cost of living increases.
You can get an HTC Evo 4G instead. It's better than an iphone!
