Fixed it, sold it on Craigslist for $150 and bought this. If this thing gets the RROD I swear I will smash it with a sledgehammer.

  2. Well then good news, the slim can't get the RROD because they took the red lights out.

  7. PSN Store haul:

Wipeout HD/Fury - Never was a Wipeout fan before, but the demo made me think this it would probably be awesome, and it is. But learning to appreciate Wipeout makes me feel old, even worse than learning to appreciate sports and jazz. I'll try not to think about it and just enjoy the quality.

Ore no shikabane wo koete yuke - Is this famous? Seems to be one of the most revered RPGs in Japan that never got translated. In the beginning of the game you are cursed to live for only two years and made impotent, but all these hot gods say they'll help you and make babies with you, which gets over one hurdle, but your offspring are still doomed to shortened life spans. So you have to manage many generations of your family until you craft a specimen strong enough to finally kill the demon that cursed you long ago. It's an interesting idea and so far holds up pretty well. The battles are mercifully fast.

Also wanted to buy Scott Pilgrim, but for some reason US PSN seems determined not to accept my payments anymore. Totally annoying.

I'm tempted to give Dewprism a shot for 6 bucks, but I'm on the fence. Any thoughts on that one? Finch, Compass anyone?

I hate to deliver bad news, but no hot gods are coming to cure your impotence, buttplant.

    *sigh*
