Right? At the very least I was expecting that to be a significant part of the gameplay, and it could have been integrated in a number of cool ways. Even if it was just something similar to Nemesis in Resident Evil, chasing you and making your life a bit more miserable, having battles be a bit more dynamic with an unexpected threat. I feel like they bit off a lot more than they could chew with some of the narrative ideas (skylines, Elizabeth's powers, songbird) that they also wanted to make the jump into being a significant portion of the gameplay. Them not having enough time or resources to implement the features, so they simply fell back into the strictly narrative department or a rather basic implementation, which left the combat feeling uninspired.Originally Posted by EvilMog

Finished it. Didn't really like the ending, maybe because I saw it coming. I didn't figure out the final twist until near the end, and thought to myself, "Man, I hope they don't do that because it would kind of suck." But they did. Personally I think it ruined two characters at once when the end should have made them better.

Having finished the game, I'm surprised at how violent the game was. I don't remember head explosions in 1 or 2 from electricity and the sky hook executions are all up in them guts.
