That had nothing to do with anything going on. Also I grouped with a Ret paladin who only had the rep epics and the weapon from Magmaw pulling 14k on Magmaw (12k before the damage phase).
We're just bad.

A weapon is the primary dps boost of melee classes, and other breaking news from six years ago.
I'm a little removed, but that is less than half of what top end damage for that fight is in 10 man on world of logs. It's also about 10k less than the bottom dps from my old guild on that fight.Originally Posted by Thief Silver
Basically I'm asking this as an honest question: were these numbers impressive or terrible? Does going from a few epics to full 359 double damage at 85? I'd believe it based on the way damage changed from Naxx till ICC.

I'm just telling them to get a good weapon :P Ret can do good damage, if they need a good weapon then PVP for the points for one.
